Upon login, look for the dark gray circle that appears to the right of your domain. Hover over it, and click on “Enter Console”

You are now in in the hosting cPanel. scroll down to “FTP Accounts”
Step 4
Fill the needed information, username and password, and set the directory to public_html/ if you want full access to root
